Picked fresh, shipped directly to Heather. Carefully using the sweetest organic berries to be baked inside a buttery flaky crust.

Fresh Wild Maine Blueberries baked to a bubbly perfection with our “award winning” buttery flaky crust. Ya-Da Ya-Da. I really don’t care to toot my own horn. The proof is in the pudding. This one everyone wants to order, but are too afraid to ask for in the frozen month of February. There’s always a quiver on the other end of the line when reaching out to me and its my absolute favorite part when I’m able  mention; Of course, I’ll make this for you. Love this. And, I offer all of my pies and special requests all year. Never a no to pie from me.

Bumble Pie – $42.00

Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries mingle together to create this memorable tasting pie. This is the one repeatedly asked for.

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie – $38.00

You’re in for a mouth puckering surprise of pie with this one. Not too tart. Not too sweet. A taste of orange with the rhubarb and maybe some other secret spices to make it just right for you.  Adding strawberries to the mix is up to you as well. Just mention it in the message box-yes or no to them.It’s not overly sweet or overly tart.

We are donating $1.00 per pocket pie to our local Susan Lindgren Elementary School-St. Louis Park and Meadowbrook Elementary School-Golden Valley  honoring each school for the Children’s Breakfast & Lunch Funds. This ongoing growing need is a close one to my heart.

I’ve been so very fortunate to work with youth through the years through the school programs. It really does take a village to raise a child.

Since last April, $800. has been donated for these two schools.  We’re just getting started.

Deliciously made with the same day pickings or within a  (24 Hr.) turn around of fresh fruits ( and vegetables (if so desired). Slab Pies are the epitome of Southern pie making.  And, Country is queen in the south. Country slab pies that is. We have borrowed their time honored traditions to enjoy for ourselves. And, with so many delicious flavors to choose from. Honor your own. I’ll be happy to create it for your team as well. Made with our buttery crust or your choice of crusts.GF bumps up the fee $4. Triple Berry Pie – $42.00

This one pie has caused quite a stir. It wanted to be heard. This one takes time to create and its so important to give my best when recreating this one every time.  The “Fresh” blackberries, blueberries, and deep red raspberries mingled together along side the secret spices make for a charming finish to this pretty pie.

Heather’s Southern Pecan Pie – $42.00

This pie is filled to the brim with flavor. My secret ingredients? I’ll keep to myself. Not overly sweet. Never thick or syrupy.

Freshly squeezed key-lime curd mixed and topped with fresh light fluffy cream, in a nut crust or a graham cracker crust.

This one is my mother’s favorite – an apple, cranberry, and pecan filled pie covered with an organic oatmeal and brown sugar to make this crumble and baked in a buttery flaky crust.
