There’s always a place at my table for family and friends to learn how I make my award winning pies.

Let’s do this!  I’ve made it very accessible for everyone.

I’ll teach you the art of making sweet pies-starting with the butter crust. 

Many moments of “un-teaching”seems to take lead in the process. Guess what?  It’s important to learn how to make a great crust right from the very beginning as it’s the base for so many recipes.

I love teaching this process. ps: I don’t bite. I’m here to teach you all about the joy’s of pie making skills that you’ll use for the rest of your life.

Here is what will happen:

Learn how to make a Butter Crust for the double crusted 8″ Apple Pie. You’ll make and bake a pie to take home with you along with your Rolling Pin-for you to keep along with your recipe in its pretty box.

You’ll be served a generous slice of my Vegetarian Farmhouse Style Sweet & Savory Tart”  along with my delicious salad-seasonal vegetables of course.

You’re going to come away from this class with new tools to make beautiful crusts and delicious pies for your friends and family. It takes time to make a good tasting pie. So, with that being said, There is no pressure on yourself in my classes. It’s not how I work. I won’t bite-I promise. I’m very hands on with the teaching methods of pie. 

Bring your Girlfriends, Moms, Husbands or your Besties. Make it as a gift to a loved one or give a gift certificate for a time that fits. Remember, You’ll need 3 more friends if wanting to use your Gift Certificate. I’m not able to slide you in with another class. It always works out. It just does. People love to take classes with their friends. You just need to ask. The classes fill quickly and I do require a minimum of 4-8 people (sorry, unfortunately no children or pets allowed in the adult pie classes.)
